Achievers University, Owo, Ondo State will later in the year represent Nigeria, by participating in the International Client Consultation Competition held in Wales, United Kingdom.

This is coming after the University’s College of Law Students emerged number one at the 16th Edition of Network of University Legal Aid Institutions (NULAI), Nigeria’s Client Interviewing and Counselling Skills Competition which was held virtually.

16 Universities/Law Clinics were represented at the event. The Universities are:

* Achievers University, Owo

* University of Uyo

* Baze University

* Enugu State University of Science and Technology

Achievers University (Team L) competed twice at the initial stage for a knock out round to break a tie, before heading for the semi-finals.

Achievers University later emerged first after defeating the last 3 sets of Universities during the final round.
