University of Nigeria Nsukka has suspended their Faculty of Arts Students Association cultural week due to persistent ASUU strike
The memo to stop the cultural celebration which has begun earlier and was at its usual colourful look was issued on 16th February by the excutives of the association
The memo read”I regret to inform you that after due consultation concerning ASUU ongoing strike,the FASA week is hereby suspended indefinitely till further notice, We deeply regret any inconveniences this may cause”.
The FASA cultural week is deemed to start again when ASUU lift the one month warning strike since the federal government has already constituted committee to look into it.
